ZIPROC TABLET 100MG
- Ziproc 100 mg is a tablet given to those who are diagnosed with schizophrenia and patients who fail to respond to classical antipsychotics. Ziproc 100 mg is also given to those who experience severe extrapyramidal side effects with classical antipsychotics. Containing Clozapine 100 mg, the tablet reduces the risk of recurrent suicidal behavior in patients with schizophrenia. Clozapine 100 mg also helps patients who are diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
- Dosage and accommodation for Ziproc schizohprenia: The therapeutic dose is 200 to 400 mg daily in divided doses. For maintenance purposes, take 200 mg or less as a single dose. Ziproc schizohprenia be taken with or without food.
- Contraindications: Patients with uncontrolled epilepsy, alcoholic or toxic psychoses, drug intoxication or history of circulatory collapse should not take the tablet. Also, patients with bone-marrow suppression, myeloproliferative disorders, history of drug-induced neutropenia or agranulocytosis, history of cardiac impairment and cardiac failure should not take the tablet.
